The items I can relate with are the menopausal ones – there are bright sides for sure – no more periods and I too don’t have migraine headaches any more so they were DEFINITELY chemical and hormonal in nature. I’m so glad you don’t have those awful headaches anymore

Now wouldn’t it be lovely it you DIDN’T have to shave legs and under the arms? I mean COME ON!! It seems only fair, right? And a nagging cough too? Life is just not fair sometimes. I love what the mixing of certain drugs can do – unbelievable!

So glad to hear you cut out the sucralose, Chris (and the aspartame)! Sneaky food manufacturers, huh? It’s not even needed! I love to hear stories like yours. I would encourage you, though, to cut out the Pepsi, too, unless it’s something you just drink on a very once-in-a-while basis. I used to drink cola quite a bit but gave it up, and now it’s just something I really don’t want (except very rarely). Keep making those good choices! Good for you!

Yes, Erin, it was wonderful — amazing how quickly it killed the pain. No, not using cough drops too much anymore. You sure got me through the tough times, though, with all that you gave me! That was one sore throat I never want to have again — so glad it’s gone. Love you!
