Ingredients
  

CHICKEN THIGHS

  • 2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 6 Chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs seasoning

PASTA

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar Rao marinara sauce
  • 1 box Pasta of choice

Instructions
 

CHICKEN THIGHS

  • Trim the fat off of the chicken
  • Coat both sides of the chicken thighs with avocado oil
  • Coat both sides of the chicken thighs with seasoning
  • Line the air fryer
  • Lay chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  • Cook on 400 for 12 minutes
  • While the chicken thighs are cooking, make the pasta!

PASTA

  • Boil noodles
  • Shred cheese
  • Strain and add marinara and mozzarella cheese & stir.
