Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz chive and onion cream cheese whipped
  • 1 1/2 cup montery jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 6 piece bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • parsley bunch

Instructions
 

  • Fry up 6 pieces of bacon or microwave bacon until done then crumble
  • Shred all cheese it not using pre shredded. - I shred monetery jack fine and the cheddar a larger shred
  • Take all ingredients expect cheddar cheese and parsley and mix in a medium size bowl and combine well
  • On a charcuterie style board, shape cream cheese mixture into a shape resembling a carrot
  • Cover cream cheese mixture with cheddar cheese - I like to use the large shreds for the top
  • Place bunch of parsley on top of cream cheese carrot creating the top of the carrot
  • Serve with favorite crackers

Notes

In a hurry, use pre-shredded cheese. Also this dip is incredible after Easter. Just combine all ingredients per instructions and instead of shaping into a carrot, serve in a bowl surrounding by your favorite crackers and veggies.
