In a medium skillet brown ground beef until no longer pink add in garlic and Italian seasoning
Then add marinara sauce to meat
Once sauce and meat are combined add 1/2 of the meat mixture to the bottom of the 9X13 dish
Then add uncooked tortellini - I prefer the refrigerator kind so if you are using frozen allow them to thaw out and pat off excess moisture before adding to dish
Then cover tortellini with the rest of the meat mixture
Add provolone cheese to the top of the meat sauce covering with cheese
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly

You could make this dish ahead preparing or a busy week and place in fridge and bring out to enjoy for yet an easier meal. Just need to add 15 minutes to the dish if it is cold. Also, a Crazy Busy Mama tip: prior to covering dish with foil make sure to spray with non stick so the foil doesn't stick to your cheese pulling it all off the dish. Another tip is to make sure to spray the foil and 9X13 dish over the sink or dishwasher so the spray residue doesn't end up on your kitchen floor
