Easy and delicious banana muffins with nuts or chocolate chips

Ingredients
  

  • 15.25 oz Yellow Cake Mix 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3.4 oz Banana Cream Pudding Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil vegetable or canola
  • 4 bananas mashed-over ripe work best
  • 1 cup walnuts optional
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips optional- I like mini semi sweet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Line muffin pan and set aside
  • Mash 4 overripe bananas & set aside
  • Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix together wet ingredients in a bowl
  • Combine wet & dry ingredients together and mix well
  • add nuts/chocolate chips – optional
  • Bake 350 in preheated oven; 23-27 mins – until toothpick comes out clean
