Ingredients for muffins:

  • 2 packages Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries

Ingredients for Streusel:

  • Butter room softened
  • 1/3 cup quick Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions for Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a jumbo muffin pan with liners, set aside.
  • Combine both packages of Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  • Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pan about 2/3 of the way.
  • Top with blueberries and streusel mixture.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Instructions for Streusel

  • Mix together butter, oats and brown sugar. *if you are in a crunch for time, you can also just place on on the top of each muffin separately before baking*
