Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups cheese cheddar shredded
  • 1/4 cup milk

Dip in Honey or Maple Syrup - or enjoy alone

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a mixer, mix together pancake mix, cheese, sausage, and milk.
  • Once everything is well combined use a cookie scoop to evenly scoop the mixture.  
  • On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, bake at 350 for about 20 min until lightly brown on top.
