Ingredients
  

  • 10 frosted sugar cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz melting wafers I used white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Place 10 frosted sugar cookies in kitchen-aid mixer along with softened cream cheese
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Then take 2 tsp worth of dough and shape into balls and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Once you have all shaped into balls on sheet pan, you should have roughly 15 you will want to place them in the freezer on the tray for about 10 minutes.
  • In the microwave melt the chocolate melts per instructions make sure to use 50% power and check about every 30 seconds or so. Don't walk away chocolate melts will burn very quickly.
  • Take wooden skewers (you can also use cake pop sticks) and pierce each ball
  • Then take the skewered. ball and dip in melting wafers, placing them back on a sheet pan lined for easy clean up.
  • Then quickly add a variety of sprinkles to the top while chocolate is still wet.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
  • Then take them out and enjoy

Notes

Love cake pops because you can use a variety of sprinkles that go with any holiday, birthday or entertaining theme. You can also use any color of chocolate melts.
You will want to store these in a cool dry place like in the refrigerator. Take one out as you want to enjoy!
