Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups heath chocolate bits
  • 3-4 granny smith apples sliced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl beat together by hand or hand mixer cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth and creamy
  • Then add vanilla extract and combine well
  • Place cream cheese mixture in the bottom of the serving dish you will be using. You can use a pie pan or shallow dish to serve, or use a fun festive dish like my pumpkin dish
  • Once you have the cream cheese mixture in the dish add the caramel sauce and make sure to cover the top of the cream cheese mixture
  • Once caramel is covered you will want to add the broken up heath bars or bits, you will want to cover the entire top
  • Place in refrigerator covered for an hour to set up prior to serving- this will allow the dip to set up and the flavors to combine together real well
  • In the meantime, you will want to slice up 3-4 granny smith apples. Make sure to soak them in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Once dip is ready to serve, you will want to soak up the access moisture off the apples with some paper towels and place sliced apples in a bowl by dip
  • Now its time to get dipping and enjoy!
