Ingredients
  

  • 5.4 oz laughing cow cheese 8 wedges
  • 1 cup cheddar shredded cheese
  • dill fresh

Instructions
 

  • Over a plate unwrap all cheese wedges, I just used original flavor but you could use any flavor of choice.
  • Shred Cheese or use pre-shredded and coat each wedge with the shredded cheese making sure to cover the top.
  • Once each wedge has the top covered with cheddar cheese, take a spring of dill and place at the top of the wedge- the flat side of the triangle.

These cheese wedge carrots are a perfect stand alone appetizer or would love adorable nestled in with an Easter charcuterie spread. 
I used pre-shredded cheese on these to show how quickly they can come together, however if you shred your own it will stick better to the wedge. 
You can serve these cheese wedge carrots alongside your favorite crackers or even keep it low carb by serving with your favorite fresh veggies!
