A delicious twist on chicken pot pie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups bisquick

Instructions
 

  • Layer 1 stick of melted butter and shredded rotisserie chicken on the bottom of a 9x13 
  • Add a layer of veggies
  • Mix together 2 cans of chicken soup and 2 cups chicken broth (or water) and pour into pan
  • Mix 2 cups milk with 2 cups Bisquick and pour overtop ingredients in pan, but DO NOT mix in
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  • Let set for 20 minutes
