Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 cups Old Fashion Oats
  • 3/4 cup Protein Powder I did a half vanilla and half chocolate- but you can use all of the same
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter I used All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chip
  • 2/3 cup Honey I use Pure Raw Unfiltered Honey
  • 2/3 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • combine wet ingredients
  • stir together until well combined
  • Scoop a Tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball
  • Lay out parchment paper and place balls on the parchment paper
  • Once all protein balls are made you can place in a large baggie and place in refrigerator for storage for up to a week. (can also freeze)
  • Makes approximately 45 protein balls
