Ingredients
  

  • 16 cinnamon rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

Egg Mixture

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a 9X13 Dish place 1/4 cup of melted butter on the bottom of dish
  • Take cinnamon rolls and cut each into 8 pieces each and place in the bottom of the 9X13 dish
  • In a medium bowl crack 6 eggs, add whipping cream, cinnamon and vanilla and whisk well
  • Pour egg mixture over the biscuits in the 9x13 dish
  • Then drizzle maple syrup or honey and sprinkle with pecans
  • Bake in oven at 375 for 25 mins until done
  • When done pour over icing over the entire dish
  • Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve

Notes

You can place 9X13 pan in oven with butter while it pre-heats and it will melt the butter.
Melt the icing in the microwave it is much easier to drizzle over the cooked bake prior to serving
