  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Cobbler

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter softened

Instructions

  • Wash and rise cranberries and cub up apples on a cutting board
  • Place washed fruit in the bottom of your greased crockpot (to avoid sticking)
  • Once fruit is in the crockpot pace over the top sugar and cinnamon.
  • Next step is to create the crumble topping.
  • Once you mix the crumble (instructions below) place on top of the fruit covering entirely
  • Place a dry paper towel on top of the crockpot prior to placing lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours until fruit is bubbly

Crumble Topping

  • In a bowl mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, sugar, nutmeg and softened butter together well. I do this with my hands but you could also do it with a wooden spoon.

Notes

Love to serve this cobbler right out of the crockpot with vanilla ice cream! Such an easy delicious dessert!
Crazy Busy Mama Tip:
Try this Paper Towel hack!
Take a paper towel and place it over the crockpot and then place the lid on the crockpot and it will take the condensation away so the crumble top gets crispy!
