Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Frozen Meatballs
  • 12 oz cheese ravoili
  • 4 oz peppers and onions I like to use frozen
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil can use dried
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes can omit if desired
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 1/2 cups low sodium broth can use beef or chicken
  • 19 oz rotel 2 cans undrained
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups water optional- for thickeness :can use extra broth if desired.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in slow cooker together
  • cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours

Feel free to use homemade meatballs if you desire. To make low card omit ravioli
