Egg Salad

This easy Egg salad recipe is absolutely delicious! Perfect for Easter or any day!

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl for mixing
  • 1 wire cooling rack

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup relish

Instructions
 

  • Boil and peel your eggs (for the perfectly easily peeled eggs check out Q's hack)
  • Grab a cooling rack and a bowl.
  • Place the cooling rack on the top of the bowl and smash your eggs through the rack and into the bowl.
  • Add mayo, mustard, relish and stir
  • Chill in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!
