Egg Salad
This easy Egg salad recipe is absolutely delicious! Perfect for Easter or any day!

1 Bowl for mixing
1 wire cooling rack
Boil and peel your eggs (for the perfectly easily peeled eggs check out Q's hack)
Grab a cooling rack and a bowl.
Place the cooling rack on the top of the bowl and smash your eggs through the rack and into the bowl.
Add mayo, mustard, relish and stir
Chill in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!
