Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 16.5 oz sugar cookie dough

Icing

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Toppings

  • 8 oz Blueberries
  • 1/2 lb Strawberries
  • 6 oz Raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • Roll out dough on round pan
  • Bake 9-12 minutes until done
  • Let cookie set and cool for 15 minutes

Icing

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cool whip
  • Once combined slowly add sugar and blend until smooth
  • Spread icing over the cooled cookie
  • Wash fruit and slice strawberries long ways to use to decorate as a flag. Use blueberries for the stars, and raspberries and strawberries for the stripes.
  • Refrigerate covered or serve immediately

You can make this cookie ahead of time just cover with cellophane and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
