12pieces cinnamon raisin breadtore or chopped up into little pieces
5eggs
1/2tbspvanillasava
1/2cupwhipping cream
1/4cupcoffee creamerI love to use a cinnamon one
1/4cupmilk
dashcinnamon
sprinklebrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350
In a large bowl mix up eggs, all milk, whipping cream, creamer, milk, creamer, cinnamon, vanilla (all ingredients excluding brown sugar)
Tear into little pieces or chop into little pieces of cinnamon raisin bread and add to the egg mixture and mix well.
Place muffin wrapper or silicone liner into muffin tin and scoop a mixture of breading into each muffin tin. About 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin tin.
Sprinkle Brown Sugar on top of each muffin prior to placing into the oven.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes until done
