Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 15 oz hormel chili no beans
  • 10 oz enchilada sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp jalapeños diced
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups fritos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • In a large bowl combine hormel chili and enchilada sauce along with shredded cheese
  • Place room softened cream cheese in a casserole dish. I did not spray dish first, but if you are worried about it sticking you certainly can spray before you had the layer of cream cheese.
  • Then place on top chili mixture, then add diced jalapeños (you can omit these if you would like, but I personally love the heat it gives to this dip)
  • Bake 425 for 20-25 mins until bubbly
  • Put sour cream in the middle and then Fritos around the sides covering the dip sprinkle remaining cheese on top and place back in oven for about 5 minutes for cheese to melt.
  • Serve alongside big scoop Fritos

Notes

You can use pre shredded cheese, but I prefer to shred my own it always melts better and just tastes better too. I love this CHESSE SHREDDER HERE- makes shredding cheese super easy and the amazing thing is it is dishwasher safe too. 
 
I chose hot enchilada sauce, but if you want less heat you can use medium or even mild too. 
 
Serve alongside big scoop Fritos - these are the best for dipping!
