In a large bowl combine hormel chili and enchilada sauce along with shredded cheese
Place room softened cream cheese in a casserole dish. I did not spray dish first, but if you are worried about it sticking you certainly can spray before you had the layer of cream cheese.
Then place on top chili mixture, then add diced jalapeños (you can omit these if you would like, but I personally love the heat it gives to this dip)
Bake 425 for 20-25 mins until bubbly
Put sour cream in the middle and then Fritos around the sides covering the dip sprinkle remaining cheese on top and place back in oven for about 5 minutes for cheese to melt.
Serve alongside big scoop Fritos

You can use pre shredded cheese, but I prefer to shred my own it always melts better and just tastes better too. I love this CHESSE SHREDDER HERE- makes shredding cheese super easy and the amazing thing is it is dishwasher safe too. I chose hot enchilada sauce, but if you want less heat you can use medium or even mild too. Serve alongside big scoop Fritos - these are the best for dipping!
