Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • Tbsp tomato paste
  • cups Ketchup
  • Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups macaroni noodles
  • 1 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese we like extra cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet add oil and chopped onion.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add ground beef to brown
  • Once beef if cooked add tomato paste, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder and stir
  • Once mixed well, add broth & bring it to a boil
  • (I usually use this wait time to shred some cheese with my cheese grater wheel)
  • Once beef and broth mixture comes to a boil, add noodles
  • Lower the heat and let it simmer until the noodles are cooked through and liquid is absorbed. Usually about 10 minutes.
  • Add in cheese and stir until melted
  • Add Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Cook another couple of minutes
  • Add Parsley as a garnish and ENJOY!
