1 1/2cupcheddar cheeseshredded - better if you shred yourself
8-10slicesbaconcooked-reserve some for topping
4green onionssliced
1tspgarlicfresh or minced
1/2tspcrushed red pepper flakesoptional- this will add a bit of heat
1/2tspblack pepper
Instructions
Cook 8-10 pieces of bacon
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream, mayo, add garlic, pinch of pepper and red pepper flakes (this is optional as it does add a bit of heat) cheddar cheese and cooked bacon (reserve some for topping) and green onions sliced
Pour contents into an oven safe dish and bake at 375 for 20 mins or until bubbly
Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips or if trying to keep it low carb try celery or an assortment of veggies!
