Ingredients

  • Chuck Roast any kind of roast will do
  • Beef Broth in the video you will see, I use water and beef bouillon
  • Italian Seasoning Packet
  • Provolone Cheese slices
  • Roasted red peppers or sautéed bell peppers for less heat
  • Sliced hot cherry peppers or banana peppers for less heat
  • Horseradish
  • Slider Buns or sub rolls we love the Kings Hawaiian brand

Instructions

  • Add roast, beef broth, Italian seasoning pack to the slow cooker. you want the liquid to almost cover the meat.
  • Cook on high for about 8 hours. (NO PEAKING! Keep the lid on until it is time to shred the roast.)
  • Once the meat is falling apart easily with a fork or tongs, shred the roast
  • Scoop out the fat that has cooked off of the meat
  • Open your slider rolls and add the meat.
  • Top with provolone cheese slices, I popped mine in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese!
  • Add your desired toppings.
  • Add your desired sauces

Notes

Using the hot peppers and horseradish sauce will make this slider hot! You can substitute with milder peppers to bring down the heat!
