Instructions
in a pot over medium high heat add butter, garlic and onion- fresh, powder or minced
add tomatoes, chopped rotisserie chicken, basil, tomato paste and combine well
then add chicken broth and fresh spinach. You don't have to tear this or remove steams unless you want to, because it will wilt down while cooking.
once the your liquid comes to a simmer add gnocchi
cook simmering for about 4 -5 mins
then add heavy whipping cream and stir well
cook until comes to a simmer for a only a few minutes and gnocchi should be ready
we love to top with Parmesan cheese
