Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray 9X13 dish with non stick cooking spray
Cover bottom of baking dish with chicken. I use 3 large chicken breasts and cut them in half
Cover chicken with sliced pepper jack cheese
In a bowl mix cream of chicken and milk well and spread over the top of chicken making sure all chicken is covered
Once chicken is covered, add stuffing mix to the top covering all areas of chicken
Place butter in a microwavable safe dish and melt and pour over the top of the stuffing mix in casserole dish
Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 55-60 mins until chicken is done at 160 temp

Pepper Jack cheese have too much heat? Try Swiss cheese for less heat.
