Notes
These bowls are so easy to put together for a busy week night meal. Using a quick rice will help to speed up the process of preparing this meal .Meal prep idea: These would also be super simple to put together ahead and store in glass containers in fridge for up to 5-7 days. Great for a grab and go lunch!Need a Variation - trying to keep it low carb you can also add cauliflower rice or omit rice altogether. Or want it higher protein double meat portion. If you don’t have sirloin, you could easily swap this with ground beef.
