Piña Colada Dip

Equipment

  • 1 whisk
  • 1 Bowl for mixing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.4 ounce box instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted coconut for garnish if desired

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the dry pudding mix and pineapple until it thickens.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with pineapple wedges and vanilla wafer cookies.

Serve with Fruit and Vanilla Wafers!
** Stir in a ½ teaspoon rum extract to add more of a tropical flair to the dip.
** This fluffy fruit dip can also be made with 3 cups of Homemade Whipped Cream if you prefer that instead of Cool Whip.
