Whisk together the dry pudding mix and pineapple until it thickens.
Fold in the Cool Whip gently.

Serve with Fruit and Vanilla Wafers!** Stir in a ½ teaspoon rum extract to add more of a tropical flair to the dip.** This fluffy fruit dip can also be made with 3 cups of Homemade Whipped Cream if you prefer that instead of Cool Whip.
