In a greased 9x13 pour two cans of crushed pineapple (drain one can)
Spread to single layer in 9X13 and add dry cake mix to the top covering all the fruit
Then take brown sugar and crumble over the top of the cake mix
Then take 1/2 of the coconut and sprinkle across 9x13 then slice butter into pads and place on cake covering the entire cake
Then take remaining coconut flakes and put on top
Make sure to cover with foil so coconut flakes do not burn
Bake 45-55 mins until bubbly

You can serve this delicious Pina Colada Dump Cake with ice cream or whipped topping. Then to make it like the perfect Pina Colada add a maraschino cherry to the top for serving.
