Ingredients
  

  • 40 oz crushed pineapple one can drained
  • 14.25 oz white cake mix
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes sweetened
  • 8 tbsp butter softened
  • maraschino cherry for garnish when served

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a greased 9x13 pour two cans of crushed pineapple (drain one can)
  • Spread to single layer in 9X13 and add dry cake mix to the top covering all the fruit
  • Then take brown sugar and crumble over the top of the cake mix
  • Then take 1/2 of the coconut and sprinkle across 9x13 then slice butter into pads and place on cake covering the entire cake
  • Then take remaining coconut flakes and put on top
  • Make sure to cover with foil so coconut flakes do not burn
  • Bake 45-55 mins until bubbly

Notes

You can serve this delicious Pina Colada Dump Cake with ice cream or whipped topping. Then to make it like the perfect Pina Colada add a maraschino cherry to the top for serving.
