Queso Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

  • 3-5 chicken breast
  • 1 packet Fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup I use low sodium
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 8 oz queso I use Sam’s queso, but velveeta makes one too!

Instructions
 

  • Combine in the slow cooker: chicken, fajita seasoning, salsa, cream of chicken soup
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (If using pre-cooked chicken, heat on low until warm.)
  • Shred meat
  • Add cooked noodles & queso
  • Stir to combine and continue cooking for 20-30 minutes.
