Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla we love sava
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries
  • 11 oz blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles patriotic

Instructions
 

  • Prepare and wash berries and dice up strawberries. Once you have done this set them aside
  • Add cream cheese to a medium size bowl and beat it with a hand mixer until creamy
  • Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix well until combined.
  • Fold in half cool whip to the cream cheese mixture
  • Add diced strawberries, blueberries and mini marshmallows to cheesecake mixture
  • Add remaining cool whip and stir in patriotic sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately or let set up in fridge for an hour prior to serving.

You can put this Cheesecake Salad together the night before the busy day if needed, or even throw together last minute and serve immediately. Any way you put this salad together it will be incredible! 
If you have any remaining, you can store leftovers in fridge for 3-5 days in an airtight container.
