Instructions
Preheat Oven to 425
Debone rotisserie chicken and place meat in the bowl
Add seasonings and tomato paste and water to the bowl and mix well.
Grab street size corn tortillas and put olive oil on the shells
Now fill those shells with chicken mixture
In a 9X13 oven safe dish, place those filled shells
Fill 9X13 dish full of tacos and place cheese in each one - as little or as much as you desire.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 mins
Prepare and chop desired toppings - we love tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and avocado and love to squeeze fresh lime juice on top
Once Tacos are heated through take them out of the oven and add desired toppings that you have prepared.

If you desire crunchier tacos, you can bake the shells with olive oil on them on 425 for about 3-5 minutes before building the shells with meat mixture.
