In slow Cooker combine 2 lbs chicken breasts, 2 cups chicken broth, 1 block cream cheese, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp minced onion, parsley, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp nutmeg, and salt & pepper
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
Shred chicken
add a bag of cooked broccoli, 2 cups shredded parmesan, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, and 16 oz. cooked pasta
