Instructions
Debone Rotisserie chicken and chop up meat ( you can also shred)
Add remaining ingredients in with chicken - This is a true dump and go recipe
After 4-6 hours on warm/low depending on the setting of your crockpot, you will want to add your desired toppings.
we love to serve with tortilla chips but you can enjoy with cornbread or alone
*you can prepare over the stovetop - start with a 1 tbsp butter to sautee chicken in prior to adding remaining ingredients. Make sure to adjust cook time and allow at least 30 minutes to simmer on stove top for all ingredients to combine well
