Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Boston Pork Butt
  • 1 bottle bbq sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 can Dr Pepper
  • 1 onion

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion and place in the bottom of the slow cooker
  • generously season the meat
  • place the meat on top of the chopped onion
  • pour 1 can of Dr. Pepper over the top
  • cook on low for 10 hours
  • Separate the fat from the meat
  • strain the fat from the juice in the crockpot
  • shred meat and place back in the slow cooker
  • add 1 bottle of favorite bbq sauce!
  • serve over Hawaiian Rolls
