Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz softened cream cheese
  • 3½ tbsp real bacon bits or pieces of crumbled bacon
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning Packet
  • ¼ cup chives
  • 1½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cup Monterey Jack cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces peppercorn for the eyes
  • 1 pieces baby carrot for the nose

Instructions
 

  • Let cream cheese soften and mix all above ingredients together. Minus peppercorn, rosemary, carrot
  • Once ingredients are mixed together form into two balls (one big one smaller) and wrap in Saran Wrap 
  • Let set up in fridge for an hour 
  • Take Saran off and roll in 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese place small ball on top of bigger one. 
  • Use peppercorn for mouth & eyes , rosemary for garnish and carrot for nose
