In a mixing bowl combine cake mix and cool whip along with egg
Once combined, grab a melon ball scooper and scoop cookie dough and roll into a small bowl of powdered sugar until coated well.
Repeat that process until all cookie dough is gone.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place coated cookies on baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 12 mins
Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Store remaining cookies in an airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days, or you can make a batch and freeze in an airtight bag for up to 3 months.
