Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 cup minute rice

Instructions
 

  • Cut off bottom of cabbage & boil for 2 minutes
  • In a skillet mix 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbspparsley, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can of tomatoes, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, & ¾ tsp black pepper
  • Put skillet tomato mix in a 9x13 pan
  • Prep filling in a separate bowl (1 lb ground beef, 1 lb sausage, 1 egg, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup Minute Rice)
  • Stuff the cabbage leaves with ½ cup of meat mixture per roll
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour & 15 minutes
