Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs velveeta
  • 20 oz Rotel
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a round slow cooker add Velveeta cubed
  • Ground up beef over medium skillet until browned up and pour over the top of the Velveeta
  • Then add 2 cans of Rotel over the top
  • Stir all ingredients together and place lid on and put slow cooker lid set to low for a few hours.
  • You will stir all ingredients about every 30 minutes so it doesn't stick on the bottom of the slow cooker
  • Once all cheese is melted and ingredients are well combined, it is ready to enjoy!
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

Notes

This is an easy minimal ingredient dip that doesn't require anything fancy to serve it in. I always just keep it in my slow cooker and turn temp down to warm so the dip stays nice and warm and melted ready to enjoy throughout the entire game. 
Trying to go low carb? Instead of chips try veggies- like carrots or celery, to give it that same crunch the chip provides.
