Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Rotisserie Chicken
  • 10.5 cream of mushroom
  • 10.5 cream of chicken
  • 12 oz herb stuffing mix
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 8 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • Spray 9X13 dish
  • Shred Rotisserie Chicken and add to the bottom of the pan mixing in cream soups
  • Once mixed together well add chicken broth to dish and mix well
  • Then add dry stuffing mix to the top of the dish
  • Melt stick of butter (8 Tbsp)in microwave
  • Add melted butter to the top of the stuffing covering all areas
  • Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until bubbly
  • Serve immediately

Try making this dish in a disposable 9X13 makes for easier clean up especially if you are making this after a holiday rush. You can even make this ahead and refrigerate and grab and bake for those crazy busy nights. You may however need to increase cooking time for 5-10 minutes to make sure center is hot.
