At my house we love a good air fryer meal! I love the ease of it, and the minimal cleanup required. Especially when I use liners for my air fryer. I mean eat on paper plates and you don't have a single dish to do? YES PLEASE!

Let’s be real—after a long day of work, errands, parenting, or just existing in this wild world, the last thing most of us want to do is spend an hour in the kitchen cooking and then 30 minutes cleaning up from dinner. Enter: the glorious, ever-trusty air fryer.

If you don't have an air fryer, get one! Here is the one I love and always use! There are so many meals that you can make in an air fryer. Everything from Stir Fry to cinnamon rolls. When you cook in an air fryer, the food comes out with the perfect crisp. Resorting to frozen nuggets because that is all your toddler wants to eat? Throw them in the air fryer instead of the oven. Trust me, they are soo much better that way!

Air fryer meals are also FAST. Like super fast! There is a certain kind of magic in a 15 minute dinner that is hard to beat. Yes, FIFTEEN. As in, faster than delivery, healthier than takeout, and way easier than scrubbing pans after a stovetop saga. But they aren't just fast. They are so delicious! The air fryer allows you to cook a meal in no time, that tastes like you spent hours cooking. That is definitely a Crazy Busy Mama hack!

Worried about sides to go with your air fryer meal? DON'T! Veggies in the air fryer are my favorite! Most only take about 10-12 minutes! Potatoes, Roasted Brussels sprouts, cauliflower bites, or zucchini fries, you name it and I am sure it will cook well in the air fryer!

Whether you are cooking for your family, or just for yourself, the cook time stays the same! So no need to stress your over stimulated brain; just pop whatever in the air fryer and get ready to enjoy the tastiest meal!

    Avocado Oil

    Chicken thighs

    Italian style bread crumbs seasoning

    Mozzarella cheese

    Rao marinara sauce

    How to Make Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

    How to make Air Fryer Chicken Thighs : a step by step guide

    Trim the fat off of the chicken thighs

    Coat boat sides of the chicken thighs with avocado oil

    Coat both sides of the chicken thighs with seasoning

    Line the air fryer with a sheet like this. This is optional but trust me, it makes clean up a breeze!

    Lay chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket

    Cook on 400 for 12 minutes

    While the chicken thighs are cooking, make the pasta!

    Boil noodles

    Shred cheese. This cheese grater wheel is incredible and dish washer safe!

    Strain and add marinara and mozzarella cheese & stir.

    CHICKEN THIGHS

    • 2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
    • 6 Chicken thighs
    • 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs seasoning

    PASTA

    • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
    • 1 jar Rao marinara sauce
    • 1 box Pasta of choice

    Instructions
