When my kids were little, I used to make this same 3 ingredient meatloaf recipe into fun meatloaf cupcakes. They were the perfect bite sized meatloaf cupcakes topped with mashed potatoes and peas for sprinkles. My kids loved them so much and it made dinner time so much fun too! I mean how cute are these? Alright, here is how I made my 3 ingredient meatloaf.
Ingredients: 3 Ingredient Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 6 oz Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
Glaze -Optional for 3 Ingredient Meatloaf
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
Instructions: 3 Ingredient Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, milk and stuffing
- Make sure to blend ingredients well
- Place meat mixture into a loaf pan and even out. Looking for a good non stick pan, check these out here
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins
- mix glaze ingredients together and baste on top of meatloaf for the last 7-10 minutes
- Once it comes out slice into about 1 1/2 inches and serve.
Now that is an easy hearty dinner that makes this midwestern crazy busy mama's heart happy!
Side Idea:
We serve a slice of my meatloaf with a serving of mashed potatoes and we did mac n cheese because its the kids favorite. However, a nice side salad or green beans would be good too.

Made this tonight! My husband and I both loved it!!
Only thing I would change (for me, personally) is because I used ground turkey instead of beef, next time I’ll add a little garlic powder and onion. Otherwise – 2 thumbs up!
