This is an absolutely delicious Caprese salad I like to call dip that you can make with little time or effort that will result in BIG taste! I love enjoying this Caprese salad alongside bagel chips for that satisfying crunch!

Wether you enjoy this Caprese salad all on its own or you also pair it with bagel chips you will throughly enjoy the robust flavors it brings!

Ok mama, so here is how I put together my Caprese Salad Dip!

Ingredients: Caprese Salad

1 pint cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil love infused

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar love infused

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup basil

8 oz mozarella balls

balsamic glaze

Instructions: Caprese Salad

In a small bowl mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well

On a cutting board, slice in half or quarters each cherry tomato

Once you slice the tomatoes, place tomatoes along with mozzarella balls in a bowl together and pour dressing over and toss to mix

Then add chopped basil and desired salt and pepper mix all ingredients well

Add more basil or salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Side Idea:
