I don't know about you, but as a Crazy Busy Mama I realize time is going by faster and faster as my kids get older and one thing I try to do with each passing holiday is to take some time out of our busy day to create something super fun and easy the kids (or not so kids) will enjoy! If you can do it together even more priceless memories will be built together in the kitchen!

So clear the busy just for a bit and try putting these Spider Donuts together with your kiddos. The fun, laughter and yumminess of this recipe will be worth it!

Here is how I put these Spider Donuts together.

Halloween Spider Donuts Ingredients

12 donuts glazed

12 chocolate donut holes

1 tbsp black icing

eye sprinkles

Halloween Spider Donuts Recipe

Start with a box of a dozen glazed donuts.

On a large board place one glazed donut down

Then grab a chocolate donut hole (sprinkled or not) and place down to cover hole on glazed donut. (no need for icing just place in hole should sit down in it securely enough)

Then grab black icing and add two dots where the eyes will go

Then place candy eyes on icing dots

Then take the black icing and pipe 4 legs on each side of the donut hole in the middle towards the outside on the glazed donut until you get 4 on each side

for a total of 8 for each spider donut just like pictured below.

These little spider donuts will make kids of all ages, even Crazy Busy Mamas smile!

Place them all back in the donut box close cover until ready to serve.
