Who doesn’t love an easy 30 mins or less skillet meal? Especially one your kids gobble right up!  Well, if you answered yes to those, you will want to make this one and save it!

Its chaotic nights that calls for dinners like this that can be thrown into one pot and made within 30 minutes or less, making for very little clean up in the kitchen after. If you love the idea of a meal like this, you have to check out my RECLAIM THE TABLE Digital Cookbook that has 30 meals in 30 minutes or less allowing you to Reclaim the Table with your sweet family putting time where you need it the most, around the dinner table instead of working hard in the kitchen!

I mean look at this deliciousness?

These smoke sausage links are always great to have on hand for quick easy & delicious meals. They come in a big variety too. Any of these will work in this recipe. Some times I use Andouille and sometimes smoked sausage, both equally as good.

Here is where I got my favorite skillet HERE for all things skillet meals. It’s a 5 quart and I never have to question if there is enough room. It’s the best!  Trust me, it will also become a quick favorite of yours too!

Here is how I put together this delicious, One Pot Smoked Sausage Pasta Skillet.

Ingredients: One Pot Smoked Sausage Pasta Skillet

1 package Andouille sausage (or smoked sausage of any kind)

2 cloves Garlic

1 Tbsp onion powder

2 Tbsp of tomato paste

1 can of Rotel or tomatoes -undrained (Rotel will add heat so if you don’t want this with a bit of a kick then stick to a regular can of diced tomatoes)

2 1/2 cups Chicken broth- low or no sodium

16 oz Pasta (love the Radiatore)

1/2 cup Heavy Whipping cream

1 cup Pepper jack cheese (or Monterey)

Instructions: One Pot Smoked Sausage Pasta Skillet

  • Slice up your smoked sausage
  • Brown up that sausage with seasonings until browned, then add tomato paste, undrained can of rotel or diced tomatoes
  • Add Chicken Broth
  • add uncooked pasta and heavy whipping cream
  • Bring to simmer and cover for about 7 mins on medium heat until pasta is cooked then add one cup of cheese (Pepper jack or Monterey Jack)
  • place lid back on for a few minutes for cheese to melt
  • Once cheese is melted serve and enjoy!
