Need a fun idea for a Valentine's Day Tablescape??

I always love making a house a home to create fun memories with my family! So at every opportunity, I try to do just that!

And this one is Super affordable, practical & FUN! So a complete win for any Crazy Busy Mama!

Here are the items I used for this Valentine's Day Tablescape. But more importantly, my hope it gives you inspiration to create something special for your home. Just think of the items you have around the house that you can use and put a Valentine's Day twist on. What trays or cookie jars do you have that you use from season to season? Get those out and put some fun Valentine's candy, themed marshmallows in them or even popcorn with sprinkles to make it relevant to Valentine's Day!

And with this cute little Valentine's Day table scape, did you see the candy hack!? BRILLIANT If you ask me! Now I can't take the credit for this hack, but I sure am reaping the reward! Such a great way to fill up those big jars and huge money savings hack too! Let me show you how to do this hack!

Valentine's Day Tablescape HACK:

Don't miss this one! It's the hack of all hacks especially around those holiday candies! Take those larger cookie jars and before filling them with candy or marshmallows place an upside down clear glass or mason jar and then fill candy. This allows the candy to fall around the glass giving it the appearance of having a completely full jar of candies or goodies.

Here are a few pictures to show you the process of the Valentine's Day Tablecape candy hack

Place smaller glass or mason jar in the larger glass cookie jar like this.

Then pour in candy around the glass or jar

Its truly that easy!

Valentine's Day Tablescape Step by Step How To Instructions:

  • Create a clean space on your table
  • add a Valentine Day themed table runner or long piece of fabric length of your table
  • Add a lazy susan or big tray to place items on
  • then arrange cookie jars or clear jars of any kind. I always use odd numbers always works best when decorating
  • Then take themed candies, popcorn, marshmallows or any type of edible goodies and unpackage them
  • Now use this candy hack:Add an upside down small mason jar or glass, to the larger glass cookie jars or containers an upside down and pour candy around the jar leaving the glass cookie jar appearing full
  • add any tags as you wish or little hearts or cute Valentine's day themed items- however be careful to not over crowd or it will look cluttered. The candy through the clear glass is truly enough for this
  • I love my lazy susan with the chalk option allowing me to write a special message for the particular holiday we are in. I use this all the time, it isn' t just practical as it comes in handy for often needed items at the table the extra chalk feature is just so cute!
  • Now that it is set up, sit back and enjoy!
