Ok mama, here is how I put together this two step Ranch Smoked Sausage Sheet Pan dinner!
Ingredients: Ranch Smoked Sausage Sheet Pan
- 12-24 oz smoked sausage sliced
- 1 lb carrots sliced
- 12 oz Broccoli fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes I use baby potatoes and quarter them
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up. Wash your vegetables and slice carrots trying to keep them all the same size.
Cut up potatoes into quarters – I use baby potatoes but you can use regular just need to make sure they are all relatively the same size so they cook evenly
They should resemble something like this.
Place carrots, potatoes in a baggie. Put in olive oil an add ranch seasoning
Close baggie and shake until covered – save bag
Slice smoked sausage into 1 inch slices
Then add your bag of coated carrots and potatoes along with sliced smoked sausage to sheet pan and place in oven for about 25 -30 mins.
Spread them them around the sheet pan so they can cook evenly.
Not forgetting to add the smoked sausage.
Make sure to stir about every 10-15 mins until potatoes and carrots are almost done.
Cut up broccoli or use a bag of frozen if you don't have fresh.
Then use baggie you set aside it should have enough oil and seasoning in it to coat the broccoli. Add broccoli to baggie and shake making sure to coat well. Then add broccoli to sheet pan mix around vegetables and cook for 15 mins – total cooking time should be about 45-50 mins.
Take out of oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip: Ranch Smoked Sausage Sheet Pan
You will want to make sure you put the potatoes and carrots in the oven first like instructed because they take longer to cook than most vegetables. Instead of beef sausage you can also use turkey sausage if you are trying to cut calories. Also, instead of creating more dirty dishes- I like to bring my large sheet pan to the table and just serve straight off the sheet pan. Makes for easy clean up this way. And another time saving Crazy Busy Mama Tip- use parchment paper it will make clean up even easier!
