Almond Joy Coffee Creamer Recipe Video Tutorial
For those who love a step-by-step video tutorial here is one for you!
Almond Joy Coffee Creamer Recipe Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk together 1/2 cup of half and half and the cocoa powder.
In the video i did all this together, but after making again it mixes much easier with 1/2 cup at first.
Heat on low, whisking continuously until combined (about 3 minutes) then and sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined.
Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients (extracts). Pour into a quart sized mason jar, with lid.
Make sure to shake vigorously before serving. And I love to store my homemade creamer in this mason jar with spout lid making for easy pouring every morning.
Then pour on top and enjoy, or as you can see I frothed mine into a foam to enjoy on top of my coffee.
Store this creamer in the fridge with airtight container. Shake before each use. This creamer will keep for up to the expiration date on the milk.
Crazy Busy Mama Tip:
Want to extend the life of your creamer? Use 1/4 tsp of salt. This will help it stay fresher longer.
Looking for a Substitution?
I love half and half for this creamer, but feel free to use any milk. Need this dairy free? Feel free to substitute with milk almond milk, cashew or your choice of non dairy.

I love your recipes thank you for sharing
Definitely going to try ! Thanks for sharing this !
I make this one ALL the time, thanks to YOU!! My husband is picky and loves it too!! ♥️
I made this and wanted to love it. The cocoa powder leaves a weird feel in the mouth, like cornstarch. If I made this again, I’d use dark chocolate or syrup for the chocolate addition. I also think it needs more coconut extract, as the almond overpowers it.
