This one is a must try! Especially if you love dips! Perfect yummy dip for any gathering!
Super simple to throw together! Here is how I did it!
8 oz softened Cream cheese
1 Cup of Mayo
2 bell peppers chopped
2 green onions
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 shakes of Worsherie sauce
Artichoke can (drained & chopped)
Zest half lemon & juice
Can of crab
1/2 cup Grated Romano (or parm)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper flakes
Mix & put in baking dish
(sprinkle more cayenne & parm on top)
375 for 25 mins
Artichoke Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Bell Peppers- any color Chopped
- 2 Green Onions Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced
- 1/16 tsp Worcestershire sauce or two shakes
- 1 can Artichokes drained and chopped
- 1/2 lemon zest & juice
- 1 can crab meat drained
- 1/2 cup Romano grated – can also use Parmesan
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese shredded
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper Flakes
- Salt & Pepper desired amount
Instructions
- Mix above ingredients together in a bowl
- Once combined add mixture to an oven safe dish
- optional sprinkle more cayenne pepper flakes
- add desired amount of grated parmesan cheese on top
- Bake 375 for 25 mins until bubbly
