Ingredients: Bacon Cheese Dip
- 30 oz chive and onion cream cheese whipped
- 1 1/2 cup montery jack cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 6 piece bacon crumbled
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- parsley bunch
If shredding your own cheese for this recipe, we love this CHEESE SHREDDER – it even has attachments for fine or course shredding to give you the desired look you are going for for this carrot bacon cheese dip.
Instructions: Bacon Cheese Dip
- Fry up 6 pieces of bacon or microwave bacon until done then crumble
- Shred all cheese it not using pre shredded. – I shred monetery jack fine and the cheddar a larger shred
- Take all ingredients expect cheddar cheese and parsley and mix in a medium size bowl and combine well
- On a charcuterie style board, shape cream cheese mixture into a shape resembling a carrot
- Cover cream cheese mixture with cheddar cheese – I like to use the large shreds for the top
- Place bunch of parsley on top of cream cheese carrot creating the top of the carrot
- Serve with favorite crackers
Once you put together, I love to serve mine on a charcuterie style tray with handles like THIS ONE making it super easy to maneuver and serve.

Also, I used whipped cream cheese so I didn't have to let the cream cheese soften before making. You can use regular cream cheese if you wish too. You can also use pre-shredded cheese. Also this dip is incredible after Easter. Just combine all ingredients per instructions and instead of shaping into a carrot, serve in a bowl surrounding by your favorite crackers and veggies.
