Ingredients: Blueberry Cobbler
- 13.25 yellow cake mix
- 10 tbsp butter
- 42 oz blueberry pie filling
Optional Ingredient
- 2 cups blueberries fresh
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions: Blueberry Cobbler
- Preheat oven 350
- Bring oven safe skillet (I use a cast iron) to medium heat with 2 tbsp of butter in the skillet
- Once melted pour in two cans of blueberry pie filling
- *if you are adding fresh blueberries you will do this step now and smooth them out on top
- Take a yellow cake mix and pour over the top of the blueberries and take hand and smooth it over to over all the blueberries
- Take frozen stick of butter and grate it over the cake mix covering as much as possible. I did this with one stick, but think you would get more coverage with 1 1/2 sticks of butter.
This is how it looks with the frozen butter grated over the top.
- optional: sprinkle with cinnamon on top – as shown below
- Place skillet in preheated oven at 350 for 45 mins.
After about 45 minutes or so it should be nice and bubbly with golden brown crust on top.
Serve it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream & Enjoy! Looks incredible doesn't?
