Who else is obsessed with dips in the summer time? If you answered yes, this Boat Dip is for you! Wether you serve it poolside or enjoy it on the boat, this Boat Dip is a viral recipe for a reason. Its so delicious you will be making it all throughout the summer time. In fact, this would be a perfect Crazy Busy Mama dip for all year around. Just think game day snacks, this would be one on the top of my list to serve that is for ceratin! You can add some heat to this dip by adding hot rotel instead of mild and really make a version your family will fall in love with and its ONLY 5 ingredients!

Looks absolutely delicious doesn't it? It is the perfect summer time dip.

As mentioned earlier, this dip is only 5 ingredients to put together and most of those ingredients you probably have on hand.

Here is how I put together this yummy boat dip!

Ingredients: Boat Dip

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 11 oz mexi corn
  • 12 oz rotel drained

Then of course your favorite tortilla chips!

Instructions: Boat Dip

  • In a large bowl add sour cream and taco seasoning and blend well
  • Fine shred 1 1/2 cups of Colby jack or cheddar cheese and set aside
  • Drain corn and rotel and once drained combine in to the sour cream mixture.
  • Once well combined add cheese slowly and stir in combining ingredients until you have added a cup and a half of cheese
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
